After this the items in the hired enclosure belonging to the delinquent account holder are considered as abandoned property. If the owner cannot be contacted or he does not claim his property within a specified period of time, the items in the storing enclosure is dealt with according to the discretion of the firm. The items are either auctioned or disposed of.

It is and will always be up to the customer, but sell them on convenience and they will hand over their money.
