Always get a written contract where every thing such as the weight of the product, the distance, cost, insurance coverage etc. As a customer you may get full service or self service according to your wish. In self service company will transport your thing in new address but the responsibility of packing and unpacking is yours. The full service company will do the whole thing from packing to unpacking. Most of the self storage customers prefer full service to avoid unwanted hazards.

The auto pay program saves one from fines and penalties. It is being increasingly used by busy individuals as they do not have the time to remember to make payments owing to their busy schedules.

The tenant should always bear in mind that he is ultimately responsible for the items that are placed in the storehouse. He should always ensure these items against natural calamities, thefts and any mishaps. The tenant should always provide accurate information about himself and the items that he has placed in the storehouse.
