Include any recent or expensive updates that you have made to the house, including all the other typical information buyers want to know about. Make sure the agent places them in a visible place, or hands them out himself as people walk through the house.

Most of these things are fairly simple changes or things you can do to make your home a little more inviting to someone thinking of buying it. Just try them next time you plan on having an open house.
