Finally, here, you are going to want to be sure that your website is nice and convenient for customers.  The first function that you are going to want to program, here, is a payment function.  If there is one thing that people hate, it is waiting on hold at the end of the month when everyone is trying to pay their bills.  By giving your tenants the option to pay online, you guarantee that they are not going to get as mad at the hold times.  Second of all, here, you are going to want to be sure that you offer incentives to use your website.  Often times, companies will upload website-specific coupons, meaning that you have to visit their website to access the savings.  This, of course, is a great way to encourage people to use your website and get your traffic numbers up.
