Ontario StorageMart Gift Aids Abused Children

StorageMart in Ajax, Ontario has made a donation of self storage space to the Durham Children’s Aid Foundation. The Foundation thanked the StorageMart, saying, “Due to space constraints, we have no place to temporarily store [donated items]. StorageMart has graciously donated much needed storage space to house these items.”

The Durham Children’s Aid Foundation became a registered charity in June of 2004. The Foundation raises funds and accepts donations throughout the year. The Foundation has many programs in place to aid children and youth to help break the cycle of abuse and neglect. Some of these programs include post-secondary education; recreation, enrichment and skill development; summer camp; therapy and counseling; aid for youth living independently and more.

StorageMart at 85 Westney Road, Ajax, Ontario helps make it possible for The Foundation to accept these donations by providing a temporary home for them. StorageMart donates self storage to The Durham Children’s Aid Foundation and other charities like these in many of its local self storage communities.
