Calgary Storage Facility Shows Its True Colors

StorageMart on 52nd Avenue in Calgary, Alberta has announced the completion of a total renovation of its store front office space. The renovation included transforming the exterior and interior of the office space, which brought the self storage facility up to par with the trademark, proudly displaying the black and gold colors of the StorageMart brand. The remodel includes a 600 square feet retail space offering an inclusive supply of packing and moving supplies such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap and more.

In addition to the cosmetic remodel, StorageMart is in the process of converting the additional space in the rear of the office to add approximately 25 more climate controlled self storage units. Upon completion, the conversion will add roughly 3,050 square feet to the Calgary storage facility.

Beyond converting existing space, the company focuses on expanding in urban markets where there is opportunity to acquire existing self storage property or convert commercial real estate into self storage – making StorageMart an eco-friendly and globally conscious business.

StorageMart acquired the Calgary storage facility when the company sealed the takeover of a self storage REIT, which made StorageMart the largest owner and operator of Canadian self storage properties.

StorageMart is a privately owned real estate operation company that now owns and operates over 125 self storage properties in the United States and Canada. The company is headquartered in Columbia, Missouri and has well over 300 employees in North America.
