Avoid storing any small items within the freezer or fridge it is best to leave them empty. However, it will be a good idea to leave a deodorizer, such as baking soda, inside to maintain freshness and avoid odors.

Empty the drawers and cupboards before storing them. To store clothes in storage spaces , it is best to use strong cartons. Toss in some mothballs to prevent damage to clothes.
